站长搜索科技讯 12月2日消息，据国外媒体报道，雅虎董事会正在考虑出售其核心互联网业务，日本电信运营商软银可能成为买家之一，因为这家日本公司一直在努力扩展其互联网及媒体业务。

雅虎的互联网业务复苏显得相当艰难，分析师和投资者长时间以来一直将软银视作雅虎资产潜在的买家之一。软银持有美国电信运营商Sprint股份，同时还拥有其它电信及数字业务资产。在总裁尼科什・阿罗拉（Nikesh Arora）的领导下，这家日本公司一直在积极扩展其互联网和媒体业务，其中包括对亚洲几家打车服务公司和美国电影制作发行商Legendary Entertainment的投资。

一些分析师表示，收购雅虎可能帮助软银加速海外扩张，让软银在娱乐、电子商务和其它服务领域拥有更加广泛的数字平台。

对以上消息，软银拒绝发表评论。

软银是日本三大无线网络之一，其在日本的核心业务已经提供了广泛的数字服务。软银还是雅虎日本公司（Yahoo Japan Corp.）最大股东，雅虎日本公司是一个独立的公司，雅虎拥有其股份。华尔街日报今天早些时候援引消息人士的话报道称，雅虎董事会本周将召开会议讨论处理所持雅虎日本公司35%股份以及所持阿里巴巴15%股份的措施，雅虎所持雅虎日本公司股份现在价值为85亿美元，而所持阿里巴巴股份目前价值约为320亿美元。对所持亚洲这两项资产的处理方法选择，可能是分拆。

针对以上消息，阿里巴巴拒绝置评。雅虎日本公司发言人Masaki Hanyu表示，雅虎正在评估情况。雅虎日本公司这位发言人表示，“我们希望与雅虎举行深入的洽谈，以能够提出最佳的解决方案。”

华尔街报道称，雅虎还在考虑出售旗下网络资产，这是该公司之前不愿意做的事情。这将为软银收购雅虎消除了潜在的障碍。软银不仅是阿里巴巴最大股东，也是雅虎日本公司最大的股东。软银持有阿里巴巴32%股份，同时持有雅虎日本公司43%股份。收购雅虎将使得软银成为雅虎日本公司、阿里巴巴重要股东。

如果分拆所持阿里巴巴和雅虎日本公司股份，也将让软银更加容易收购雅虎。在阿罗拉领导下，软银已经在致力于对印度和东南亚快速增长的创业公司的风险投资。“我认为，这家美国互联网公司（雅虎）此刻对于软银来说并没有吸引力，”SMBC日兴证券(SMBC Nikko Securities)驻东京分析师Satoru Kikuchi表示，“他们（软银）希望更多地致力于亚洲业务。”（天门山）
