由中国计量科学研究院牵头，深圳华大基因研究院等单位组成的研究团队，19日发布首个亚州人源(炎黄一号)DNA序列标准物质(BW-5201)和微生物源大肠杆菌O157基因组DNA序列标准物质(BW-5202)。据悉，该标准物质是研发团队研发的亚洲首例人源基因序列标准物质和微生物源序列标准物质，将用于评估测序准确性、数据分析方法的准确性等方面

据悉，该标准物质是研发团队研发的亚洲首例人源基因序列标准物质和微生物源序列标准物质，将用于评估测序准确性、数据分析方法的准确性等方面。

近几年高通量基因测序技术的重大进步推动着基因相关产业的高速发展，2015年开始精准医疗成为全世界的热点，中国的基因检测相关产业也将进入进入应用和剧烈竞争的新阶段，政府也需要不断加强监管，急需计量标准的推出。

2014年，该研究团队开展了“基因序列标准物质研制”攻关计划，致力于开发国家基因测序精准测量标准物质。

此次研制的人源标准物质来源自2008年发表在自然杂志的首个中国人，同时也是首个亚洲人的基因组图谱“炎黄一号”细胞系。微生物源标准物质源自大肠杆菌O157，是在国家“十一五”支撑项目课题“病原微生物核酸量值溯源传递关键技术研究”中核酸含量标准物质研制基础上提升。

通过BW-5201和BW-5202的标准物质证书，用户可以得到包含了高置信度的标准序列信息，用于实验室文库制备、测序流程以及数据分析的质量控制和评价。

中国计量院和深圳华大基因研究院在现有合作基础上，将进一步展开深入合作，以推动DNA相关的测量和序列测定等标准的建立，进而规范并促进基因相关产业发展。
